Ingredients
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons water
peanuts for garnish
Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar.
2. Secure the lid and shake to combine all of the ingredients.
3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Notes
This recipe makes just under one cup.
To spice up the sauce, add an extra teaspoon of chili garlic sauce or add 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. You can also add a tablespoon of sriracha to kick it up a notch.
